Anwendungsgebiet
Spezifikation Diese Norm gilt für kaltgewalzte und kaltgezogene nahtlose Rohre aus Titan-Legierungen.
Entlang der Länge des Rohres sind aus:
ungemessene:
Länge von 0,8 bis 8,0 m, mit einer Wandstärke von 0,5−0,8 mm,
eine Länge von 1,0 bis 8,0 m, mit einer Wandstärke von 1,0 mm oder mehr;
eine Länge von nicht mehr als die Messung in Tabelle 1 angegeben. In jedem Charge von Rohren Maßtoleranz von 10% nicht gemessener Rohren;
mehrdimensionale innerhalb dimensional, unter Berücksichtigung für jeden Schnitt bis 5 mm.
Toleranzen in der Länge der Rohre (und mehrdimensionale) dürfen nicht 15 mm überschreiten.
Rohrgrößen sind wie in Tabelle (reproduziert unten) angegeben werden.
Da die Nachfrage der Verbraucher erlaubt Herstellungsrohrinnendurchmesser und Wanddicke.
Toleranzen des Innendurchmesser hergestellt durch eine Vereinbarung zwischen dem Hersteller und der Verbraucher.
Auf Wunsch wird das Rohr mit den kombinierten Toleranzen hergestellt wird: Durchmesser — mit üblichen Genauigkeit Dickenabweichungen — hohen Genauigkeit. Ovalrohre mit einer Wandstärke von 1 mm oder mehr muss nicht Auslaßrohr Toleranzen am Außendurchmesser.
Variation in Leitungen sollten keine Endröhre für die Toleranzen in der Wandstärke. Die Krümmung von 1 m Rohrlänge sollte nicht mehr als 1,5 mm nicht überschreiten.
Die Krümmung des Rohrdurchmesser von weniger als 80 mm erhöhte Fertigungsgenauigkeit darf 1 mm nicht überschreiten.
